Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HR ComplyOS ("Service"), operated by HR ComplyOS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

HR ComplyOS provides a software platform for tracking HR compliance deadlines and requirements. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to facilitate illegal activity.

2. Compliance Responsibility

HR ComplyOS is a compliance tracking and reminder tool. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or industry standard. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your organization's actual compliance with applicable requirements. Consult qualified legal counsel for specific legal questions.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant HR ComplyOS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are available via subscription. Billing is monthly, charged to the payment method on file. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by HR ComplyOS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HR COMPLYOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HR COMPLYOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before termination from Settings → Data.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email and in-platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
